Your responsibilities

You must verify information with current authoritative sources and qualified instructors or clinicians. Do not act on DrBeka output in patient care. Do not enter patient names, dates of birth, medical-record numbers, images, or other identifying or protected health information.

Accuracy and availability

AI-generated and reference information can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. DrBeka does not promise guaranteed accuracy, uninterrupted availability, exam results, or clinical safety. Source links may change or become unavailable.

Language translation and clinical interpreter safety

Optional page translations are machine-generated for study convenience. They may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong and can change the meaning of medical terms, medication names, numbers, units, or instructions. If translated text conflicts with the English source or a linked reference, use the English source and verify the information with a current authoritative source, instructor, or licensed clinician. This notice is product safety information, not legal advice; your school, facility, and local law control.

Never use DrBeka, Google Translate, another automated tool, or a student’s informal language skills to communicate a diagnosis, medical history, medication or dosage instruction, treatment risk, discharge instruction, informed consent, or emergency information to a patient. Do not use translated DrBeka content to make patient-care decisions. These uses create serious safety risks, including misunderstanding and medication errors.

For any high-stakes clinical communication, stop and use the hospital or facility’s approved qualified medical interpreter service (phone, video, or in-person), following your program and facility policy. Simple greetings or comfort phrases may be used only when permitted by that policy and must not replace a qualified interpreter. DrBeka does not guarantee any translation is complete, accurate, current, legally sufficient, or suitable for clinical use.

No warranties; limits on liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrBeka is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or clinical safety. Neither DrBeka nor its owners, staff, contractors, or service providers is responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or opportunity, arising from use of the service or reliance on its content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of DrBeka for a claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to DrBeka for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or 100 US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so those limits apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Ownership and uploaded materials

DrBeka and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, branding, and original study content. You retain rights in study notes and materials you upload. You give DrBeka only the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and return those materials to provide the requested features. You must have the right to upload and process every document, image, recording, or other material you submit.

Age and account eligibility

DrBeka is intended for students age 18 or older. Do not create an account or submit personal information if you are under 18. If we learn that we collected personal information from a person under 18, contact us so we can review and delete it as required by law. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Changes and termination

We may update the service or these terms as the product, law, or providers change. The updated date will appear above. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, non-payment, or violation of these terms, subject to any rights that cannot be waived. Provisions concerning privacy, ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, and unresolved obligations continue after termination.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harm others, violate privacy, impersonate a clinician, misrepresent generated content as verified clinical guidance, or infringe copyrights. Upload only study documents you are authorized to use. Practice questions are original educational material and are not official NCLEX questions.

Voice features

Voice dictation and study-note recording begin only after you choose them. Record only lawful, consented study content. Never record patients, clinical conversations, or personal or protected health information. Follow local law and your school and facility policies.

Accounts and subscriptions

Keep your sign-in account secure and do not share access. When paid subscriptions are enabled, the checkout page shows the final price, currency, tax, renewal period, and payment methods before purchase. A monthly subscription renews automatically until canceled. Canceling stops future renewals and normally preserves access through the paid period. Refund eligibility follows the policy shown at checkout and applicable law. No free trial or exam-pass guarantee is offered.

DrBeka is not affiliated with or endorsed by NCSBN, NCLEX, any nursing board, school, or testing organization. NCLEX is a trademark of its owner.

Emergencies

Do not use DrBeka during a medical emergency. Contact local emergency services or an appropriate emergency professional immediately.
