Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2026

By using DrBeka, you agree to use it only for education and general information, never for patient care or emergencies.

Educational use only

DrBeka is a nursing study aid. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, clinical supervision, or emergency services. It is not a substitute for textbooks, instructors, licensed clinicians, facility policies, or professional judgment.

Your responsibilities

You must verify information with current authoritative sources and qualified instructors or clinicians. Do not act on DrBeka output in patient care. Do not enter patient names, dates of birth, medical-record numbers, images, or other identifying or protected health information.

Accuracy and availability

AI-generated and reference information can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. DrBeka does not promise guaranteed accuracy, uninterrupted availability, exam results, or clinical safety. Source links may change or become unavailable.

No warranties; limits on liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DrBeka is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. DrBeka and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DrBeka’s total liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid to DrBeka in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or 100 US dollars. Some laws do not allow these limits, so they apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Ownership and uploaded materials

DrBeka and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, branding, and original educational content. You retain rights in study material you upload. You grant DrBeka only the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and back up that material to provide the requested features.

Age and account eligibility

DrBeka is intended for people age 18 or older. Do not create an account or use paid features if you are under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.

Changes and termination

We may update the service or these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risks, nonpayment, or legal reasons. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, privacy, and disputes survive termination.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harm others, violate privacy, impersonate a clinician, misrepresent generated content as verified clinical guidance, or infringe copyrights. Upload only study documents you are authorized to use. Practice questions are original educational material and are not official NCLEX questions.

Voice features

Voice dictation and study-note recording begin only after you choose them. Record only lawful, consented study content. Never record patients, clinical conversations, or personal or protected health information. Follow local law and your school and facility policies.

Accounts and subscriptions

Keep your sign-in account secure and do not share access. When paid subscriptions are enabled, the checkout page shows the final price, currency, tax, renewal period, and payment methods before purchase. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Canceling stops future renewals and normally preserves access through the paid period. Refund eligibility follows the policy shown at checkout and applicable law. No free trial or exam-pass guarantee is offered.

Non-affiliation

DrBeka is not affiliated with or endorsed by NCSBN, NCLEX, any nursing board, school, or testing organization. NCLEX is a trademark of its owner.

Emergencies

Do not use DrBeka during a medical emergency. Contact local emergency services or an appropriate emergency professional immediately.

Questions and legal notices

For questions about these Terms, email contact@drbeka.com. Email support is not a substitute for formal legal notice unless applicable law permits it; formal notices should be sent using the legally required method.
