AI can sound confident even when an answer is incomplete, outdated, misunderstood, or incorrect.
How errors happen
AI may misread spelling, overlook context, combine incompatible sources, produce an unsupported detail, or fail to reflect the newest guidance. A citation does not prove that every sentence is supported by that source.
How to use answers safely
Treat each answer as a study starting point. Open the linked sources, confirm dates and units, compare with assigned course materials, and ask a qualified instructor or clinician when facts conflict.
Questions and exam preparation
Generated quiz and NCLEX-style items are original practice material, not official exam questions. They may not perfectly represent current exam plans, scoring, or clinical practice.
Language and images
Translations can change meaning. Educational illustrations are not diagnostic images. Confirm translated medical terms and visual details with authoritative materials.
Speech recognition
Voice dictation can mishear medications, numbers, abbreviations, accents, and clinical terms. Read and correct the transcript before submitting it. Never rely on dictated text for patient care.
